We've Finally Arrived!!!!

Well, I'm sad that I have no pictures to accompany this post, but I decided that I wouldn't wait any longer to post about our new adventure. We left our home in Ogden and shed some tears (ok, a lot of tears!) and stayed in salt lake for a few nights. Then thurs morning we got on our plane which went well. We arrived in LAX and my brother Chris picked us up. My mom surprised us with a nice, fun filled day at DISNEYLAND!!!! which was needed because it helped us get our mind off moving (which is all I've thought about for the last 6months!). We had a blast and then said goodbye to chris and waited for our plane to take us to Aussie. Well we finally boarded the plane and got situated in our aisle :) They have really cool pull down, off the wall (literally) bassinett things that kylee slept in pretty much the whole way there. The flight wasn't too bad and it actually went by fast. It helped being night time and all which meant we slept the whole way. I actually slept on the plane. They're not bad seats. Well, after 13 1/2 hours, we got off the plane, went through customs, got our bags, went through another customs check and then stepped out into AUSTRALIAN air! AHHH it was wonderful!~ Bill picked us up and we drove the hour south of Brisbane to a place called Caloundra, which is where we live. We unpacked a little, showered (p.s. Hot water only lasts 5 min in our apartment!~), had a nice visit from Kim and her family!!!, then walked down to the beach and ate some fish and chips. mmmm :) it was just wonderful. I kept saying to Jeremy, we live HERE!!!! It was like a vacation spot and it just seemed so surreal to be walking on the beach. Well, we have proceeded to unpack and get settled in. Now we're mainly filling our days with busy work like getting our licenses and such. Yesterday, Jeremy went up to Brisbane with BIll and picked us up a GREAT car.!!!! We found a red Honda civic which just makes me so happy! and now he's fixing it up to look "new" and we'll probably turn around and sell it for profit. who knows!!! that's kind of it for now, but hopefully I'll be posting some pictures soon! Love to all, ANd I REALLY MISS YOU~!~~!!!!!

Busy moving!

Well Kylee is just hanging out in a box here and we're all busy packing and moving. She pretty much is happy all the time and couldn't make this period of time any easier. As you can see in the pic she has her two front teeth and her two bottom teeth, but since this picture she has had two more on the side come in!!! Yikes! teething while moving...i wouldn't recommend it! My mother arrived and has really been helpful in getting us packed up. We had a successfull garage sale a few weekends ago. She and Jeremy pretty much ran the whole thing because I say all the wrong prices and end up losing money etc...so i got banned to the house!!!! fine with me. I'm not a fan of garage sales, but that's the only way we can get rid of our stuff! For those who are interested, we're having another one on the 13th of June in kaysville. Awhile back, we had to fly to L.A. to have an interview for our Australian passports and decided to fly on up to Canada while we were at it! We visited Jeremy's mission in VAncouver with all the Chinese members. This picture is on North Vancouver bay and we just got off the seabus that took across the water. SOOOO pretty~!!!! sunset and all. The people who took this photo ended up eating at the same restaurant as us and when we went to pay for our meal, the waitress told us that the couple had offered to pay our bill!!!!! Someday, I hope I can do that for a young family. What a nice end to the evening!!!!
